Juan Rodriguez began his career at New Orleans’ iconic Commander’s Palace in 1985. He later led operations at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Sodexo, shaping his expertise in leadership, service, and restaurant management. Today, he channels that experience into empowering others to lead with purpose and transform hospitality businesses across the U.S.
