I am a driven member of the Hospitality and Restaurant industry. I am motivated towards the development and growth of people, the increase of profitability through enhancements of service standards, where leadership culture is the essence of success. As service became my passion, my top priority has become to enhanced and develop service professionals. I have established my career through self-motivation, professional relationships and great mentors. I began my career at Commander’s Palace in 1985, where the world visited New Orleans and service is the way of life. I had the pleasure of working a nine year venture under the tutelage of the Brennan Family. I was also a four year member of the Dickie Brennan’s and Co. organization. The experience was one of total development and growth, as I moved up through the ranks. Following that experience, I moved to Ruth’s Chris Steak House. I had the honor of being a part of this Organization for several years. Growing from Service manager to General manager was the incentive that catapulted my professional expansion in the Hospitality and Service Industry. The character, personality, and finesse of Steakhouses propelled me to pursue new grounds. The Admiration I have for Ms. Ella Brennan, Mr. Richard “Dick” Brennan, and Ms. Ruth Fertel lives with me forever.

As an Operations Manager in large and small multi-unit organizations, I was able to refine my leadership and operational skills. My commitment is to invest into the most valuable asset of your business, your team members.
